How to deposit on Bwinners with EcoCash

These steps follow the EcoCash deposit guide published by Bwinners. Bwinners' FAQ lists a minimum deposit of USD 1.

What you need

• A Bwinners account (logged in).
• An EcoCash wallet in your own name with enough balance.
• Your EcoCash PIN (enter it only in the payment pop-up).

Step by step

1. Log in to your Bwinners.co.zw account and go to the deposit section.

2. Enter the deposit amount in USD and click Top up now.

   Minimum USD 1, according to Bwinners.

3. Click Confirm to proceed.

4. Select Mobile Money.

5. Select EcoCash as the mobile money provider.

6. Enter your mobile number and click Pay.

7. Enter your EcoCash password/PIN in the pop-up screen to confirm the payment.

   Never give your PIN to anyone.

8. Wait for the payment successful message.

9. Click Back to Merchant. Your account is credited and you can start betting.

   Keep the EcoCash SMS until your balance updates.

Common problems and fixes

• The pop-up did not appear: check your signal and try again.
• Money left EcoCash but not credited: do not repeat the deposit. See EcoCash deposit not reflecting and contact Bwinners support.
